About Us

BrightTALK provides webcasting, web conferencing, email and rich media portal solutions for industry-specific challenges.  We invest in the development of our own services and technologies to provide a step change in the way people interact to conduct business.   We are successful when our clients find our services simple to adopt, robust and relevant.

BrightTALK is a privately owned company and operates from its offices in central London.  It was co-founded by Charlie Blackburn and Paul Heald, who worked together previously to establish Scient in Europe. 

Charlie has a background in Systems Integration and Financial Services and Paul previously worked in Strategic Consulting and in Operations Management.  These experiences led to the creation of BrightTALK and form the basis of their shared desire to deliver more useful technology-based solutions more frequently, resulting in significantly higher value for our clients.
